Most custom homes pass through an architect, a designer, a builder and a handful of specialty contractors who never sit at the same table. We bring them together: Houston's finest design partners, plus our own cabinetry, pool and smart-home companies, all managed by one builder.

Lot & feasibility
We walk your lot, review deed restrictions, easements and drainage, and tell you what it can hold. Still looking for land? We help with that too.
Builder - 02
Architecture
We bring in one of our partner architects to draw plans around your site, the sun and the way your family lives, from first sketches through construction documents.

Selections & interiors
Finishes, lighting, stone and millwork chosen with our partner interior designers. Cabinetry is drawn and built in our own shop.

Construction
Your project runs in Buildertrend, so schedules, selections, photos and draws are online and up to date whenever you want to check. Client portal

Pool & outdoor living
Pool, spa, decks and outdoor kitchens designed with the house, with grading and foundations coordinated from the start.

Smart-home commissioning
Networking, lighting control, whole-home audio and theaters are prewired during framing and set up before you move in.
